The Faridabad Income Tax Bar Association is the common
platform of Chartered Accountants, Advocates and
Income Tax Auctioneers. Before the adoption of
constitution of Bar Association in the year 1995, the
veteran members of Bar i.e., Sh. G.D.Mittal, Sh.
A.N.Sachdeva, Sh. R.K.Malhotra, Sh. Y.K.Joneja, Sh.
R.K.Ahuja, Sh. Pradeep Bansal, Sh. Ajay Bhatia, Sh.
M.K. Dudeja are the among others, who initiated the
association since 1991 and contributed their efforts
to prepare the foundation of Association.
The objective of the Association is to provide service to
it’s members and public at large. The Bar Association
takes the matters and issues with the Income Tax
Department, which are concerned, to the taxpayers and
the members. The association plays the role of bridge
between the taxpayers and the Income Tax Department.
The Association acknowledges the great efforts put by
the Past Presidents and other office bearers and their
valuable contribution in building the present stature
of Bar Association.
The Association has the privilege to have the members who
represent in ITAT, Chairman to Faridabad Branch of
NIRC of ICAI, President of Lions Club & Rotary Club,
Member of Consumer Grievance Reversal Forum and
others. The elections of the Bar Association are being
held in the month of April of each year. The executive
committee consists of 9 elected members and out of the
elected members; the executive committee members elect
President, Vice President, Secretary and Jt Secy-
Treasurer.
